Local Government Initiated ALR Exclusion Application(s)
The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) has received requests by 3 landowners to make an Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) exclusion application on their behalf. RDEK is considering making applications under section 29 of the Agricultural Land Commission Act. The intent of the applications is the exclusion of land from the ALR.
