Local Government Initiated ALR Exclusion Application(s)
The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) has received requests by 3 landowners to make an Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) exclusion application on their behalf. RDEK is considering making applications under section 29 of the Agricultural Land Commission Act. Ā The intent of the applications is the exclusion of land from the ALR.
