JamesChabotPPWith a new date and location, the event will take place at James Chabot Beach on Sunday, August 11.

The Lake Windermere Open Water Swim will kick things off, seeing swimmers make their way from James Chabot Beach out as far as Timber Ridge beach and back.

At 10 a.m. the games, music and ‘edu-tainment’ will begin!  Paddleboard and kayak races, a sand-sculpture contest, beach volleyball tourney, and wetland explorations are just some of the free activities on offer.  Prizes and awards will follow at noon, with the traditional sailing regatta to follow at 1 p.m.
