Three firefighters and one truck responded to a structure fire yesterday afternoon in Slaterville.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Cranbrook Fire & Emergency Services responded to a call to a fire at 400 Briar Avenue Northwest. The occupant returned home to find smoke coming from the house and called 911.
No one was injured during the response and the fire was knocked down quickly.
The fire department announced Tuesday it had concluded the investigation into Sunday’s fire. The cause has been determined to be accidental and of electrical origin. No dollar loss has been determined yet.
