Coroners ID Field MVA victim
The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died after a motor vehicle incident near Field on April 24.
Deceased is Pardeep Raj Singh Guron, aged 37, of Calgary, Alberta.
Guron was a front-seat passenger in a vehicle that was heading westbound on Highway 1 at about 7:45 p.m. on April 24 when, about four kilometres east of Field, it was in a head-on collision with an eastbound car. Mr. Guron was deceased at the scene.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP East Kootenay Traffic Services continue to investigate this death.
