Elk Valley RCMP is seeking the assistance of the public in their investigation into an assault that occurred in Elkford, during the early morning hours of Sunday, June 28.

A female walking alone near the Elkford Recreation Centre was assaulted by a male. The suspect male is described as Caucasian, approximately 5’8″ tall, about 175 lbs., and wearing a plain white t-shirt with black athletic shorts. His hair was described as dark, medium in length, just past his ears, and was slicked back.

The suspect male may be complaining of an injury. The suspect male was last seen near the Wildcat Days Cabaret.
