Bylaw No. 3012 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Electoral Area C South Zoning & Floodplain Management Bylaw No. 2913, 2019 – Amendment Bylaw No. 6, 2020 (Lumberton / Mazurek)” will amend the zone designation of Lot 2, District Lot 2305, Kootenay District, Plan 5093 from RR-60 Rural Resource Zone to RR-16, Rural Residential (Extensive) Zone and
RR-8, Rural Residential (Country) Zone.
