Bylaw No. 2958 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Electoral Area C South Zoning & Floodplain Management Bylaw No. 2913, 2019 – Amendment Bylaw No. 1, 2019 (Lumberton / Lost Dog Forestry Ltd. & Columbia Recycle Ltd.)” will amend the designation of part of Parcel 1 (see 7464i) of District Lot 2804 Kootenay District and part of District Lot 5255 Kootenay District from RR-60, Rural Resource Zone to I-1, Light Industrial Zone and to allow the permitted and accessory uses of the C-3 zone and to permit detached accessory dwelling units, within the subject area.
