Bylaw No. 3252 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Elk Valley Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2532, 2014 – Amendment Bylaw No. 19, 2023 (Hosmer / Vaness)” will amend the text of the Elk Valley OCP to add conditional support for wireless communication facilities where negative impacts have been mitigated.

Bylaw No. 3253 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Elk Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 829, 1990 – Amendment Bylaw No. 110, 2023 (Hosmer / Vaness)” will amend the text of the zoning bylaw to permit a wireless communication facility on the subject site which is, Lot A, District Lot 4588, Kootenay District, Plan NEP16438.
