Bennett takes budget to riding tomorrow
Kootenay East MLA Bill Bennett is tomorrow (March 3) presenting highlights from the 2017-2018 provincial budget in Cranbrook and Fernie.
The presentations, to Cranbrook and Fernie Chambers of Commerce, will be an overview of the budget and an update on the state of British Columbia’s economy.
Cranbrook Breakfast Budget Presentation
Friday, March 3 at Heritage Inn; 8 a.m. registration and coffee, followed with a hot breakfast buffet service. Budget presentation to begin at 8:30 – 9 a.m., followed by a question and answer session.
Tickets are available from the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce at 250-426-5914. Members and guests $23. General Admission $28.
Fernie Luncheon Budget Presentation
Friday, March 3 at Best Western Plus Fernie Mountain Lodge; 11:30 a.m. registration, followed by a buffet luncheon. Budget Presentation to begin at 12, with a Q&A from 12:30 to 1 p.m.
