Aggressive dog reported in Windermere
The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) has received a report of an aggressive dog running at large in the Windermere Cemetery area at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 7.
The dog is described as:
- Mastiff/Labrador cross approximately 80 to 90 lbs;
- Dark brown in colour;
- Wearing a red collar.
The dog reportedly charged an individual three times, then circled them with raised hackles. Do not approach or attempt to capture this dog.
