Work beginning on Phase 2 of Shore-to-Shore Pathway
The Village of Canal Flats this morning reported on social media that construction will be commencing on Phase 2 of the Shore-to-Shore Pathway along Grainger Road to the beginning of Richardson Crescent.
Work will commence the week of June 20 and will carry through for approximately seven to eight weeks, with work conducted between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday and Saturday, if required.
“Local access for vehicles, pedestrians and emergency vehicles will be provided along Grainger Road (pictured) during this time. There will be intermittent road closures with single lane access once work commences on the culverts to allow crews to navigate the work area,” the village noted.
“You may experience delays in traffic of no more than 15 minutes. Traffic controllers will be in attendance and construction signage placed.”
