19th Bull Riding in the Rockies July 21

The Bill McIntosh Memorial Bull Riding in the Rockies is returning to Invermere for the 19th year this Friday, July 21.

The outdoor event is once again being held in the lot adjacent to the Invermere Curling Club, and across from the Eddie Mountain Memorial arena in downtown Invermere.

Rodeo clown Dennis Halstead, one of the top rodeo clowns in North America, always keeps thing highly amusing between rides.

Things get rolling Friday night, July 21, with the Cowboy Supper (Beef, Beans and Biscuits) at the Eddie Mountain Memorial Arena between 5 and 6:45 p.m.

Bull riding gets rolling at 7:15 p.m., with the always popular Mexican Poker match providing a half-time thrill.

After the rodeo event there is a Family Dance with the band KixxsIn at the Invermere Curling Club.

Tickets available at: Invermere Home Hardware; Avenue (Invermere); Mountainside Market (Fairmont Hot Springs); Mountainside Market (Radium Hot Springs); Brisco General Store.
