Help review Big Moves for Radium’s community plan
Thank you, Radium Hot Springs! Community ideas and feedback collected throughout 2024 laid the foundation for the ‘Big Moves’ and draft land uses for the Community Plan.
The project team considered everything we heard and is excited to share these next steps for your feedback.
A huge thank you to all those who have been able to participate in this important process. During our August engagement, we spoke with approximately 200 community members and received over 100 survey responses to gather feedback on important topics such as the guiding principles, short-term vacation rentals, year-round village strategy, and how the community will grow and change into the future.
If you haven’t seen our What We Heard Report, you can find it online by visiting the village’s website.
On December 3 and 4, community members are invited to attend an in-person or virtual open house to review what we heard, the ‘Big Moves’ for the draft Community Plan, draft land uses, and give feedback on these foundational elements. Your feedback is important to ensure the draft Plan reflects the community you want to live in.

If you can’t make it to our events, our online survey will be available beginning December 2 for one month. Poster board summaries will be available online to inform your survey. Need a paper copy of the survey? Stop by the Village office beginning on December 2 to pick one up.

Tuesday, December 3
Open House at the Radium Hot Springs Centre.
Drop-in from 5:30 – 8 p.m.
Presentation from the project team at 6 p.m.
Drop in to our open house event on December 3 to review the highlights that are the foundation of the draft Community Plan. A presentation will begin at 6 p.m.
Following the presentation, leave your feedback at one of our engagement stations around the room or have a chat with our team.
Wednesday, December 4
Virtual Open House 7 – 8 p.m.
Can’t make it to our open house? Join us online beginning at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Pre-registration is required to receive the meeting link. Sign up on our website using the online form.
