After nearly 20 years of owning and operating La Cabina Ristorante and Carrington’s Olde-English Lounge at the Prestige Inn Radium Hot Springs, Sue Miller has retired.

“Sue has been the longest-running lease partner with Prestige Hotels and Resorts and will be missed by her regulars and staff alike. Prestige thanks Sue and her family for her loyalty and commitment to the Radium location, and wishes her the best in her retirement years,” the company stated in a press release.

The Prestige Inn Radium Hot Springs is pleased to welcome Frank Guzman and Marisol Guzman as new food and beverage operators.

The couple will continue to operate the establishment as La Cabina Ristorante until further notice, and once renovations to Carrington’s are completed this summer, it will re-launch as Don Agave, a Mexican-themed lounge.

Renovations are also planned for the banquet room. New menu offerings in all areas will be launched in the coming months.

Prestige Hotels and Resorts will remain the sole owner of the hotel and dining spaces, leasing out the food and beverage operations to the new owners.
