Film lovers are once again in for a great treat Thursday, March 7 to Saturday, March 9 with the running of the 22^nd annual Rockies Film Festival.

Seven films are featured at this year’s festival, including a pair of Academy Award winning and nominated works, along with a wine and cheese celebration on Saturday, March 9.

The lineup at the Key City Theatre is as follows:

March 7 – The Grizzlies 6:30 pm followed by a Q&A;

March 7 – The Woman Who Loves Giraffes 9 p.m.;

March 8 – Sir 6:30 p.m.;

March 8 – Music from the Big House 8:30 p.m.;

March 9 – Anthropocene 1 p.m.;

March 9 – If Beale Street Could Talk 3:30 p.m.;

March 9 – Wine & Cheese Celebration 6:30 pm – 7:15 p.m.;

March 9 – The Wife 7:30 p.m.

Presented by the Cranbrook Sunrise Rotary Club, with funds raised going back into the community, the festival’s major sponsors this year are BDO, Lotic Environmental and A.C. Dyck Financial Services. Breeze.ca and e-KNOW are also event sponsors.
