Broadstreet Properties reports it is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new apartment and townhome rental community in Cranbrook.

The currently under-construction complex at 814 Innis Avenue, called Rockyview Place, will feature four apartment buildings, 10 townhome buildings, a playground, an outdoor seating area, community gardens, a rental centre, a dog run and dog wash, and more.

“Cranbrook is a dynamic city with dire need for new rental housing, and we are excited to be joining this community,” said Kris Mailman, CEO of Broadstreet Properties.

“When we first came to Cranbrook to look at sites, we were met with friendly, welcoming people, and we aim to mirror this same hospitality as we become a part of this community.”

Broadstreet will offer features like on-site management, on-site maintenance, and a 24/7 client services team.

All suites will be pet-friendly, modern, open-concept, and feature five appliances, including in-suite laundry.

Interested tenants can begin applying in the spring with an anticipated occupancy date of summer 2021.
