City phone systems experiencing outages
The City of Cranbrook’s 311 system, along with phone service to several city departments will be offline for a short period today (Wednesday, January 29), as both TELUS and the city’s IT department conduct some work on phone systems.
The outage is expected to start about 1 p.m. and last about one hour. We appreciate your patience while this project is completed.
