Cranbrook RCMP Report
The following is a summary of calls reported to Cranbrook RCMP for the period between 12 a.m. March 4 to March 17, at 12 p.m. Please note the report covers a two-week period.
Calls for Service: 270
Three impaired driving: Including two 90-day Immediate Roadside Prohibitions for alcohol and one 24-hour prohibition for drugs.
Seven collisions: Including two hit and run complaints involving parked vehicles five in the city and two outside the city.
21 driving complaints: (12 in the city and nine outside the city).
Seven assaults: Two were family related and one was assault causing bodily harm.
12 thefts: Including three shoplifting
One take auto without owner’s consent.
One break and enter: Theft from a shed
Six mischief to property.
38 false alarms and false 911 calls.
