Fashion show proceeds presented
On Friday, September 28 Constables Chris Newel and Jeff Nielsen of the RCMP accepted a cheque for $9,300 from the Tamarack Centre. The money was raised during the All Male Fashion Show Fundraiser on September 12 and will benefit the Cops for Kids Charity Organization who in turn distribute the money to local children in need. Rachelle Golding of Just 4 Pets also presented a cheque for $225 which was collected at a BBQ fundraiser at the store held on September 8.
