Jazzy wings …

By Kyla Cornish

It’s no secret that I am a lover of wings.

Hell, I even have a Pinterest board dedicated to it. Which you should follow…

These wings are sweet and super tender. They just fall of the bone. I got the original recipe from my Auntie Char and I have adapted it a tad.

Jazzy Wings

20- 24 Chicken Wings

2 Eggs (beaten)

Flour

Col KC JazzywingsUse awesome kitchen scissors to cut wings into 2 pieces and remember to throw out the icky tip part of the wing. Dip the wings in egg and lightly coat in flour. Brown for a few minutes in oil coated pan. Once browned move wings into a roasting pan.

Sauce

1/4 cup Soya Sauce

1/4 cup Water

1/2 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup White Sugar

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp salt

Mix the sauce together and pour over wings. Cover and cook 50 minutes to one hour at 350 F.

Disclaimer: If you are single, these wings may get you married. If you like this recipe, I got more for you here – Weird Recipes.
