Huge shout out to McPherson’s Funeral Services for their generous donation towards the fund to preserve and protect the Cenotaph and Wall of Honour in Rotary Park.

All proceeds raised towards this cause will be used to offset the cost to install proper lighting for the cenotaph and Wall of Honour, as well as to put an attractive, non-intrusive fence around the cenotaph to protect it from further damage.

Our next fundraiser will be held courtesy of Bridge Interiors on Saturday, November 8.

As well as the BBQ we will once again have some amazing pictures and history to share about our Cranbrook and area veterans and our commitment to preserve and protect these monuments to those who did not come home and those who did and remained to build our amazing community.

Our Poppy Campaign people will also be on hand to answer any questions.
