Conversation between my parents:
Mom: “Do it this way.”
Dad: “Why, I’ve been doing it the other way for 40 years.”
Mom: “Just do it, I want to try it this way.”
Dad: “Why did I even get up from my nap. I should have stayed in there until I died.”
Mom: “Or until I came in to put you down.”
OMG SAVE ME.
I love every part of this conversation. I totally hope this is how Zed and I talk to each other. I hope her Mom makes good meatloaf.
Because good meatloaf fixes everything.
