Today is the 11th annual Park On Us Day in downtown Cranbrook.

Thanks to participating downtown businesses working with the United Way of Cranbrook and Kimberley there is free metered parking in the downtown.

Come down and join the fun on Baker Street, including balloons for the kiddies and musical entertainment for all, as well as coffee and refreshments between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

And don’t forget the barbecue at 930 Baker Street, as well as the Silent Auction which is offering 80 items with a total retail value over $5,000. Items include gift certificates, gift baskets, camping items, car detailing, car care paks, home products, beauty products and apparel.

The barbecue runs from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
