Cranbrook RCMP is asking for assistance in identifying a suspect in an alleged armed robbery that occurred early in the morning in the 1900 block 2^nd Street N.

At approximately 2:30 a.m. on June 10, a male entered the business and demanded money from an employee; he then fled on foot. The suspect was described as 5’8” tall, thin build, wearing a black Carhart hooded sweatshirt, black hat, bandana covering his face and carrying a tan backpack.

RCMP obtained video surveillance of the incident and are reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying the suspect.
