Today is a momentous $50,000 dollar day!

BC SPCA East Kootenay is celebrating the one-year anniversary of Jack and Tom taking over the recycling program. In that year they have sorted over $50,000 worth of bottles.

Thank you to our phenomenal recycle crew. Thank you to our amazing community for all of your donations. And thank you to the fantastic team at the bottle depot for helping us every week.

Wondering what to do with all your post-holiday recycling? You can drop off donations at any time by the front gate or bring them round to the back of the shelter between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. where Jack or Tom might just be there to say hi!
