Rotary continues boosting community food resources
In addition to its extremely successful Grocery Voucher Program established March 27, the Cranbrook Rotary Club membership recently approved a donation of $2,000 to the Cranbrook Salvation Army to fund its school lunch program.
“This money will be used to provide nutritious meals to over 120 School District No. 5 students. We have had fantastic financial support from the Cranbrook community for our grocery voucher program and have made it easier to donate using e-transfers,” the Cranbrook Rotary Club stated on social media.
Donations can be made directly to the Rotary Club’s East Kootenay Community Credit Union account [email protected].
