SAR assist BCAS in Eager extraction

Cranbrook Search and Rescue (SAR) was tasked out yesterday to help assist BC Ambulance Service (BCAS) with an injured hiker in the Eager Hill area.

“When our team reached the subject we were told by friends there with her that she had suddenly become weak and fainted. We assessed her and found she appeared quite lucid and responsive. We helped into the side by side and transported her back to the parking lot where she was transferred to BCAS care,” Cranbrook SAR reported on Facebook.

The woman was assessed by BCAS and released to the care of her companion.
