Upcoming at Cranbrook Arts
Cranbrook Arts is busy as ever. We have a couple of workshops this month and the Annual General Meeting of the Cranbrook and District Arts Council on Thursday, September 26, at 7 p.m. at 1401 5th Street North.
Have your voice be heard and vote for the board of directors. Also, have a peak at our new building!
September 27, 6-9 p.m. and Sept. 28-29 – 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Take your paintings to an even higher level of beauty using visual, creative hues in this 2 1/2-day workshop with Mirja Valhalla. Make the colours you love to see on your paintings. Layers, layers, layers! Discover how your colour wheel is a tool you will be passionate to use. Learn to use glazing, scumbling, deducting and more for fabulous effects. This class will take place at the Manual Training Centre.
