Re: Gerry Warner, Sometimes you have to do what needs to be done
Mr. Warner concludes his conjecture by agreeing with US President Biden that Putin must be “replaced.” He adds that it must be done through “dark ways.”
Mr. Warner’s advocacy is anti-human.
He should be calling for de-escalation, diplomacy, and detente. Something the US Government did not even attempt leading up to Putin’s fateful blunder.
A US unipolar global hegemony doesn’t make the world more peaceful, it makes it more dangerous. It cannot be maintained without nonstop violence and war, and steadily escalating nuclear brinkmanship, ending with Mr. Warner’s “dark ways” whether now or in the near future when the empire trains its sights on China.
Any direct military contact between USA/NATO and Russia would escalate into a nuclear war resulting in a global nuclear winter that destroys every person and organism on the planet. “Dark ways” indeed.
The Ukrainian war is an evil travesty, but it did not have to happen, nor did it just sprout from nothing. Its roots go back to the fall of the Soviet Union.
All sides have blood and war profits on their hands.
No Empire; No War; No Nukes.
