Good Lemonade Day returns to aid JoeAnna’s House
The fifth annual Good Lemonade Day will be taking place across B.C. on Saturday, June 13.
Good Lemonade Day is in support of JoeAnna’s House, a home-away-from-home in Kelowna that provides accommodation to families from all over B.C. who need to travel to Kelowna for a loved one’s hospital care.
Prestige Hotels and Resorts is the proud founder of JoeAnna’s House, named in honour of our founders Josef and Anna Huber, and this fundraiser is our way of helping continuously raise funds to support its daily operations and their current expansion plans (to add 10 more units to the facility).
The 2026 event will be held June 13 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on driveways and neighbourhoods across the province.
Each Prestige Hotels and Resorts property will also host a lemonade stand, and many locations are planning additional fun events to encourage people to come out. They will also be selling paper lemons in the two weeks leading up to the event and displaying them on the walls of their lobbies.
All participants who sign up to host a lemonade stand will receive a free Good Lemonade Day starter pack that includes two event t-shirts, lemonade mix, balloons and a sign.
All families who complete a lemonade stand will be entered into a draw to win a Family Getaway prize package at their choice of any Prestige Hotels and Resorts location in B.C.
Laing Roofing is also back as the presenting sponsor, allowing 100% of proceeds to go directly to JoeAnna’s House.
Organizers are now accepting registrations for families/groups to sign-up to host their stand (deadline to register is May 20).
