The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) Electoral Area Housing Needs Report will be presented to the community during an information session next week.

“We are excited to be able to share the key findings from the Housing Needs Report, talk about some of the trends observed across the region and answer questions from attendees,” explained Planning Coordinator, Karen MacLeod.

The Information Session will run from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, via Zoom.

The Regional District has partnered with M’akola Development Services on the Housing Needs Assessment. They are a non-profit that specializes in planning, housing development, and housing research.
