The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL) regular season schedule gets underway this evening (Sept. 13) at the Kimberley Civic Centre with the Dynamiters hosting the Beaver Valley Nitehawks (7 p.m. game time).

A half hour later in Invermere’s Eddie Mountain Memorial Arena, the Columbia Valley Rockies host the Osoyoos Coyotes.

The Fernie Ghostriders head to Nelson to take on the Leafs, while the Golden Rockets are in Kamloops taking on the Storm.

The Nitros are at it again Saturday night (Sept. 14), hosting Osoyoos. Game time is 7 p.m., rounding out the weekend action for East Kootenay clubs.
