Ditching program to begin between Elko and Fernie
Mainroad East Kootenay Contracting reports it will begin a ditching project along Highway 3 this coming Monday, August 28.
Work will begin at Elko and proceed to Fernie.
Traffic will be single lane alternating at this time.
