Fernie’s beautiful Outdoor Rink is now open.

Hours of operation are 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. (weather dependent), with a maximum occupancy of 30.

No sticks or pucks are permitted between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily.

When a red flag is up the rink is closed; a green flag means it’s open.

Before heading to the rink, read through the City of Fernie’s Rules of Use and Important Information.

During the holidays, the city prioritizes snow clearing of streets and sidewalks and may not be able to consistently clear the rink. Shovels are available for the public to help clear snow to the side.
