The City of Fernie will be hosting a public open house on Wednesday, December 5 at 7 p.m. at College of the Rockies to share information on the Fuel Management Prescription Program.

As part of the city’s Wildfire Protection Program, B.A. Blackwell & Associates assessed areas within the municipal boundary for treatments to enhance wildfire protection and to reduce the risk of wildfires in the community.

All are invited to attend.
