The City of Fernie celebrated Canada’s 156^th birthday with a groovy afternoon in the park July 1 at the Aquatic Centre grounds.

Musical acts, demonstrations, food, face painting and gathering and gabbing highlighted the day, blessed with gorgeous blue skies and warm temperatures.
