The fifth annual KORE Outdoors Summit was the best one yet.

For two packed days, Sept. 17 and 18, outdoor gear makers, designers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from across North America made connections and shared ideas about the future of the industry at the Kimberley Alpine Resort Conference Centre.

Highlights included keynote presentations from MEC’s Chris Speyer and Revi founder Lizzie Shilko, sessions exploring everything from adaptive gear and circularity to marketing, funding, and product design, plus the Province of B.C. announced its first Outdoor Recreation Satellite Account to track economic impact.

Attendees also escaped outdoors for mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and climbing before gathering for the annual Campfire Social.
