KHCA provides big boost to Starlite Campaign
The stars for Starlite just got a whole lot brighter thanks to the Kimberley Health Care Auxiliary (KHCA).
This amazing non-profit organization donated $160,000 to heath care for the East Kootenay. From that, $60,000 will go towards Foundry East Kootenay and $60,000 will go towards equipment for the Kimberley Health Care Centre.
The KHCA runs two thrift shops in Kimberley and Marysville. They are 100% volunteer based. The KHCA said they have had their most successful year in sales, even during COVID-19, and they would like to thank everyone for their donations and for their support.
The East Kootenay Foundation for Health is so thankful for the partnership that we have with the KHCA. We could not do the work we do without them!
