On February 16, Kimberley RCMP was conducting proactive enforcement around Church Avenue in an attempt to locate Jacob McKenzie, who was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants for Assaulting Police, Flight from Police, Utter Threats and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

Our members were able to successfully locate and arrest McKenzie.

Additional charges are also being recommended against McKenzie who has been held over for court.

Community safety remains a top priority for the Kimberley RCMP and we will continue to take proactive steps to ensure peace of mind for all Kimberley residents.
