March has become one of my favourite months. It always brings surprises – on both sides of the weather scale.
This year was no different.
We had snow, we had fast, sloppy melts and we had gorgeous spring days bolstered by expanding daylight.
As a result our monthly collection of images of life as it flows in the East Kootenay is a tad bigger than usual.
Images were captured in the following areas: Cranbrook and area; Elk Valley; Fernie; Fort Steele Heritage Town; Galloway; Kimberley; and Wasa/Wolf Creek.
Lead image: Wolf Creek near Wasa.
