Winter condition alerts for some highways
A look at the highway cameras on DriveBC show highway conditions in the East Kootenay to be varying – dry and wet.

However, DriveBC is warning about winter driving conditionson Highway 3/95 between Cranbrook and four km west of Curzon Junction.
Winter driving conditions are also being reported from Curzon Junction to the British Columbia and Idaho border on Highway 95.
DriveBC notes there is blowing snow and some compact snow along Highway 93 between Simpson River Trail and the British Columbia and Alberta border in Kootenay National Park.
Finally, DriveBC asks drivers on Highway 95 to watch for slippery sections between Radium Hot Springs and Golden.
