April 13th, 1942 ~ June 26, 2019

It is with great sadness that we the family of Don Gawne announce his passing on June 26th, 2019 at Joseph Creek Care Village in Cranbrook, B.C.
Don was born in Chatham Ontario on April 13, 1942 to Frank and Evelyn Gawne. Don spent his life working for the CN Railway, logging pipeline and served in the military. Don loved spending time gardening, cruising to the mall in his electric wheelchair and spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his son Gary (Rhonda), grandchildren Lindsey (Cam), Riley (Maddy), and two greatgrandchildren, his sister and brothers.
Don was predeceased by his parents Frank and Evelyn, Brothers Doug, Joyce, Pat and his sweetheart Ann Turner.

There will be no services at this time.
