Bylaw No. 2989 “Regional District of East Kootenay – Fairmont Hot Springs & Columbia Lake Area Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2779, 2017 – Amendment Bylaw No. 6, 2020 (Fairmont / Martin)” will amend the OCP designation of the subject property from GC, General Commercial to R-SF, Residential Low Density.
