Calling all members of the NDP
The Kootenay East NDP Constituency Association is pleased to announce that it will be holding its Candidate Nomination Convention on Saturday, September 22, at the Manual Training Centre.
Member registration begins at noon with voting commencing at 2 p.m. Members of the Kootenay East NDP Constituency Association since June 24, 2012 can vote at the nomination meeting and must provide valid picture identification.
Norma Blissett and Randal Macnair are both standing as candidates. If you would like to hear from the candidates, speeches begin at 1 p.m. Either candidate will be an excellent representative of the NDP during the next provincial election on May 14, 2013.
The Manual Training Centre is located at 1212 – 2nd St. North, Cranbrook.
