DIANNE JANET MARIE SWANSON (SIMPSON)
APRIL 21, 1942 – AUGUST 9, 2022
With deep regret we announce the passing of mom on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. She passed away quietly at Joseph Creek Care Village in Cranbrook. She was a caring mother and grandmother, aunt, sister, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and friend.
Dianne was born April 21, 1942 in Parry Sound, Ontario. She worked at various different occupations including housekeeper, barkeeper/server at the Legion but first and foremost a great Mother.
Dianne is survived by her children: Delbert (Bobbi) Swanson, Margaret (Percy) Swanson and Garry (Jodi) Swanson as well as her grandchildren; Nicole, Jessica (Chris), Shawn and Mikaela (Ryan). Dianne also leaves three great grandchildren Tyson, Alexa and Koan. Dianne was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Stella (Lumsden) Simpson as well as her four brothers; Chuck, Dean, John and Norman Simpson. There will be no funeral service at this time.
