The 13th Wild & Scenic Film Festival returns to Invermere on Saturday, November 14, with an evening of breathtaking cinematography and compelling storytelling. The seven short films from around the world— from British Columbia to Patagonia, Hollywood and South Africa — feature wildlife, big and small, and fascinating characters like the Kenyan beekeeper who travels to Nepal to learn about wild honey hunters.
The evening includes pizza, snacks, a cash bar and door prizes. The ever-popular Silent Auction offers a unique offering of items that reflect the generosity and interests of the Columbia Vallery’s outdoor community.

As Wildsight Invermere’s premier annual fundraiser, the proceeds support local conservation initiatives that help safeguard the natural landscapes, wildlife and ecosystems that make the Columbia Valley such an extraordinary place to live.
