REALM Services explains the ICE Awards are important as they allow them the opportunity to show the community inclusive minded employers.

It allows us to celebrate the progress we have made as an inclusive community. Award categories include: Community Mentor; Innovated Career Builders; Accessibility; Authentic Leader; Emboldened Visionary.

The fifth annual ICE Awards will be presented October 12 (6:30– 8:30 p.m. at Key City Theatre, Gallery Stage.
