New Executive Director for Sparwood Chamber
The Sparwood Chamber of Commerce recently introduced new executive director Nicole Latka, who will be beginning January 2024.
Latka, who grew up in the Elk Valley, has lived in Sparwood for 21 years.
The mother of two has been on the chamber board for six years and believes in the community and all it can offer.
“I am excited to embark on this new journey with the chamber/visitor centre as the executive director. I’ve always been passionate about the community and working to better the lives of people who live, work and play in Sparwood,” Latka said.
“Beyond my ongoing volunteerism, I have been a small business owner for the past 20 years. I am excited to be a key partner in continuing to grow and evolve the work that the chamber has already initiated and brought forward.”
