Mobility Enhancement Program back at WFP
Just move and feel great! That’s our motto!
The City of Cranbrook along with the Active Cranbrook Physical Literacy Society are once again offering the Mobility Enhancement Program.
This program runs every Monday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on the concourse at Western Financial Place (WFP).
We offer 12 movement stations that target various muscles groups, along with some stations that focus on balance and agility and we always finish off with a group stretch. The temperature is always just right in Western Financial Place – no wind and no ice! For a $5 drop-in fee you can be part of this fun social environment.
Active Cranbrook is a non-profit society newly created to promote, educate and support physical literacy programs. We partner with groups wishing to adopt physical literacy into their current program, organization and professional development by guiding people to feel competent and confident in moving – on land, water, ice or snow, and on wheels. If you are part of a group looking to be more active, be sure to contact us: Facebook: Active Cranbrook Physical Literacy Society, Canada; Website: ActiveCranbrook.ca
