Scott Thomas Horvath

Scott is survived by, and was a devoted husband to Jen, a loving father to Riley and Emmett, son to John and Doris, son-in-law to Mark & Wendy, brother to John Paul (Brita), uncle to Jessica, Akaylia (Andrew) and sons, loved by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as all his close friends.

Scott had a heart of gold and was the first to be there for any friend, or family member, and quite often a random stranger in need. Scott enjoyed the company of all the people he met through work and play. He treasured his time camping at Koocanusa watching his family grow.

Scott was predeceased by his mother, Doris in 2018.

A Celebration of his life will be held on June 7, 2025 at 2:00pm at the First Baptist Church, 328 14^th Avenue South, Cranbrook, BC. A live stream will be available for those who cannot attend at the following link: https://youtube.com/live/t7aOCNIAGes?feature=share

In lieu of flowers, a donation could be made to the Mount Baker Music Program. Scott loved seeing his sons flourish in this program.
